Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95
Free Shipping on orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

BODYD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BODYD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebodydco@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
