Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Is the Recovery Balm safe for sensitive skin?

We recommend performing a small patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
